Different with other type, it is driven by air, no impeller. Utilize the vacuum to suck sludge and push it by high pressure. Last week, we shipped on GNSP-40B pump to middle east by air. This client provide crude oil tank cleaning service to local customer for many years. At the bottom of tank, there is always exist large oil sludge. They tried lots equip to remove them, but fail due to the high cost and low efficiency. They saw GN Solids vacuum pump in website ,after know their project situation. we recommend GNSP-40B pump for their project. Client want to suck out sludge from a 2 meters tank. These sludge almost solidified even client heat it up to 30 degree, it is still high viscosity with low liquidity. Solids vacuum is specially applied for this kind project. It 100mm inlet allowed the max 75mm particle through the pump and discharge it to finish the transfer. Drive by air means it is totally explosion proof, and comply with most strictly ex-proof requirement.

In this time, we take our mini decanter centrifuge and solids vacuum pump to display. Mini Decanter centrifuge is our smallest model of Decanter ,which mainly used for mining slurry treatment such as diamond core drilling. Actually for waste water, our biggest Decanter GNLW-764 is suitable for big treating capacity. The bowl diameter is 760mm and the max capacity is 120 cube meter per hour. The big capacity make it very popular in waste water treatment.
One other our featured equipment is solids vacuum pump. This pump is different with normal pump, which is driven by high pressure air. Through the vacuum to suck and transfer material. HDD is short of horizontal direction drilling, this is widely used in municipal project and also oil gas industry for pipeline laying etc. In most HDD project there will generate large drilling sludge, in some special project, these slurry also mixed much chemical medicine to improve the drilling efficiency and protect the rig. However these slurry is very expensive and also has big pollution to environment if we directly dump. Recycle the involved slurry in drilling sludge is very necessary to reduce the drilling cost and protect environment.
Last week we delivered one set HDD mud reclaimer to abroad project. This system include 2 unit GN mud recycle and one unit mud mixing tank. GN mud recycle unit is a small comprehensive system, which equipped GN shale shaker, hydrocyclone and also mud tank. This is double deck shaker, sludge was feed on the bottom shaker first, which can remove out the big size particle, liquid through shake screen and down to bottom tank. Centrifuge pump transfer slurry from tank into hydrocyclone, under the rotating liquid flow, solids will discharged from bottom of hydrocyclone , and recycled liquid will discharged out the system from top end, this discharged liquid is clean enough for reusing. Solids discharged from cyclone will drop on top layer shaker screen. This screen is higher mesh to separate out small size particle, liquid go through top and bottom shaker screen , finally down to bottom tank. Centrifuge pump it again into hydrocyclone. After a entire loop treatment, we get clean slurry and dry solids.
In this project, we also customized produce mud mixing tank for client mad drilling mud. From photo you can see it has big tank to store cleaner water and also a feeding hopper. Pump water from tank, through venturi principle, chemical medicine will be feed from hopper and mix with water. This design is convent for client to supplement new mud when they need.

In Latin America and south America, such as Peru ,Chile, Mexico etc. The mining industry of these country is very developed. However ,in the mining process, which will use large water to flush the mining ore , and genera large slurry. Which is high pollution , the sludge with long time accumulation, the quantity is huge. Almost every mining have a huge sludge pit. It is very necessary to treat these sludge ,and recovery the oil.
Last week , we receive inquiry form Peru customer in mining. They have a big issue of sludge in their mine. This customer want us provide solution to process these sludge , otherwise they have to built a new job site for the mining.Client require us recovery the water and dewatering the solids. The recycled water will be reuse for mining, and the dried solids will be transport to landfill near the job site. It is a huge treating capacity ,in the rainy season ,the flow rate can reach 360 cub meter per hour, 30% solids content , particle size centralize over 400 um. For this project, we need to use the big capacity equipment.
Firstly, GNZS595 shaker screen. 3 units shaker, the treating capacity can reach 140m3/hour. It will equipped PU shaker screen to anti wear for long lifetime. In this process, the particle bigger than 400 um will be remove out. And then the discharged liquid will be feed into GNLW764 decanter centrifuge. Which is the biggest mode centrifuge of GN, every hour can treat more 120 cub meter slurry. In this process, the particle size bigger than 5um will be separated out , and it does not need to add any chemical medicine. The moisture of discharged solids will less than 40%, which will dry enough for landfill without any liquid leakage. Water will be stock for mining.

GN Solids Control have more than 13 years manufacture and design experience in Decanter centrifuge. As one of the earliest enterprise of solids control company in China. We exported our equipment to 76 countries all over the world, and built long term cooperate relationship with lots of customer. At the beginning of GN, we main serve oil gas industry to process the drilling mud, and we deigned our own Decanter centrifuge for these drilling mud treat .So what we do best of Decanter is the application on drilling mud treatment.
In drilling mud treatment, GNLW-363VFD is the most popular model. The centrifuge bowl is 14 inch with 45 m3/hour treating capacity when material is water. Along with the solids content raising of material ,the treating capacity will be smaller. The typical capacity is 30m3/hour in work field. This treating capacity almost can satisfied most of the drilling project. Since Decanter centrifuge only be used to separate the particle size smaller than 20um. Only when material include overmuch tiny particle, we run Decanter centrifuge to treat drilling mud.
The moisture of discharged solids is adjustable through change the centrifuge rotating speed. Higher speed would get dryer solids and more clarify liquid. As generally , the solid dryness in following picture is enough for most project. If you want to get more dryer, keep raising speed. High speed and high solids content will speed up the wear of equipment. So choose the adapted speed is helpful to extend equipment lifetime.
GN363 decanter centrifuge also has the fixed speed version. Our engineer will setup the speed in our factory before delivery. Compare with VFD, the application is limited due to the speed is non-adjustable. To some single application or some material with changeless solids content, fixed decanter centrifuge is more economic. Actually, many clients choose this fixed speed decanter for their drilling mud treatment.
