GN Solids Control, a leading manufacturer of solid control equipment and mud treatment systems, has successfully provided the GNFG1021 high-frequency vibrating screen for a tin tailings dewatering project in Southeast Asia.

Tin tailings are a type of waste produced during the process of extracting tin from ore. They contain a high concentration of water and cannot be discharged directly into the environment. Therefore, tailings dewatering is an essential step to reduce the volume of waste and minimize the environmental impact.

GN Solids Control's GNFG1021 high-frequency vibrating screen is designed to effectively remove the excess water from the tin tailings, which can reach up to 80% water content. The screen uses high-frequency vibration to separate the solid particles from the liquid and achieve a dry and solid recovery rate of up to 85%.

The GNFG1021 high-frequency vibrating screen features a compact and lightweight design, which is convenient for transportation and installation. It is also equipped with high-quality polyurethane screen panels, which are wear-resistant and have a long service life.

Commenting on the successful completion of the project, a spokesperson for GN Solids Control said, "We are proud to have provided our advanced and efficient GNFG1021 high-frequency vibrating screen for the Southeast Asia tin tailings dewatering project. Our equipment has helped the client to achieve a significant reduction in waste volume and minimize the environmental impact, while also achieving a high recovery rate of valuable solid particles."

GN Solids Control is committed to providing high-quality solid control equipment and mud treatment systems for the global market and will continue to innovate and improve its products to meet the needs of its customers.
