GN Solids Control has successfully shipped a new package of drilling cuttings treatment equipment to a long-term Middle East customer. The shipment includes three GNZS594K High-G Drying Shakers and two GNCD930G Vertical Cuttings Dryers, which together form a highly efficient drilling waste management solution for demanding drilling operations.

The three GNZS594K high-G units are designed for heavy-duty dewatering and fast solids removal. Each drying shaker features strong vibration performance, a large screen area, and a reinforced structure to handle high mud loading in both land and offshore drilling projects. By applying adjustable G-forces, the drying shaker effectively reduces moisture content in discharged cuttings, lowering waste volume and improving overall mud recycling efficiency.

The two GNCD930G vertical dryer units play an equally important role in handling oil-based and synthetic-based drilling cuttings. Each dryer provides high liquid recovery, stable operation, and long service life, making it a preferred choice for drilling contractors. The dryer significantly minimizes the discharge of oil-contaminated cuttings and helps operators meet strict environmental regulations in the Middle East region.
