This export shipment includes diversified equipment tailored to different construction scenarios to meet the refined mud treatment demands of various drilling operations. For mineral exploration andcore drilling projects, two sets of GNLW223D-FHD diesel-driven hydraulic centrifuges are delivered. Featuring diesel drive design, the equipment adapts to field environments without stable power supply, with compact structure and stable operation, perfectly matching the flexible and mobile construction characteristics of prospecting and coring drilling.
For conventional oil and gas drilling projects, one set of GNLW363D-VFD variable frequency decanter centrifuge is included. This high-speed centrifuge achieves precise separation of fine and ultra-fine solids in drilling mud, effectively stabilizing mud performance, reducing mud consumption, and improving overall drilling efficiency, which is a core essential equipment for oilfield drilling solids control.
In addition, one complete set of mud treatment combination system consisting of GNZS593 shale shaker and GNLW363D decanter centrifuge is supplied for trenchless horizontal directional drilling (HDD) projects. The combined system realizes graded purification and recycling of trenchless drilling mud, effectively solving the problems of mud waste and environmental pollution, and greatly reducing project operating costs.
