We are proud to announce the successful deployment of a comprehensive drilling cuttings treatment system for a prominent African drilling company. This integrated solution, tailored to tackle harsh drilling conditions, includes 2 units of GN Centrifuge model GNLW363CD-VFD, 1 GN Vertical Cutting Dryer (GNCD930G), along with matching augers, centrifuge feed pumps, and dryer flushing pumps.

The GN Centrifuge units deliver exceptional separation precision,
removing solids as fine as 2-5μm with adjustable G-force and variable speed control (0~3200RPM), ensuring drilling fluids are efficiently purified for reuse. Complementing them, the GN Vertical Cutting Dryer operates at 900RPM with a powerful 420G force, drastically reducing oil content in drilled cuttings.

As shown in the image, the treated cuttings achieve an oil-on-cuttings (OOC) rate ≤5%, meeting strict environmental standards and minimizing disposal costs.

The supporting augers ensure smooth material transfer, while the dedicated feed pumps and flushing pumps optimize system efficiency, preventing clogs and maintaining consistent performance. This turnkey solution exemplifies GN’s commitment to providing reliable, eco-friendly waste management for global drilling operations.
