Same as GN Solids Control, Derrick also is a good solids control equipment supplier, one of their old fashion model is Derrick FC 313M, which is replaced by Derrick FLC 500 series. The mud cleaner, like GNZJ703-1S8N, GNZJ2S12N, GNZJ3S16N, are designed expressly for removing solids from drilling fluid.
This model shaker is designed to be a linear motion, with only one shaker motor, three panel, manually operated, adjustable while drilling (AWD) , which permits angular adjustment of the screen frame between -1° and +5° while the equipment is operating.

The screen frame is a structural component having mounting provisions for the vibrator motor and
screen panels. The screen frame is suspended between the vertical legs of the support frame.
The three screen panels are installed on the bed of the screen frame and held in place by the adjustable under-screen tensioning system.
The dimension of the shaker screens is: 36"x30" (914mmX762mm)

Lastest designed shale shaker

For the lastest designed shale shaker, it could be both electric and manual adjust the shaker deck angle to control the pool level on the shale shaker screen. By doing so, the operator could control the time of the drilling mud staying on the shale shaker screen, and then adjust the treatment effect. To make the replacement of shale shaker screen easier, the new shale shaker could be fixed with Mongoose shaker screen which greately increases the applicability of GN shaker. While when it comes to cuttings dryer, GN Solids Control is the first one manufacurer with API certificate who could make both the cuttings dryer and big bowl decanter centrifuge.

The Linear Motion Mud Cleaner

GN also showed the linear motion mud cleaner, with underfluids four panel shale shaker screens to give customr drying solids discharge.The composite material shale shaker screen allows drilling contractors to have longer life operation, and saves cost for the drilling.The 1000GPM mud cleaner including two ten inch desander cones, and 12 four inch desilter cones.The shale shaker desander desilter 3 in 1 unit is mostly used for oil drilling rigs either weighted mud or un-weighted drilling mud.
