Last weekend, the whole sales department went to Yesanpo, a very famous scenic spot.We drift, barbecue, water flight, everyone enjoy it and relax. For the past 1 half year, we experienced too much, the coronavirus, the steep fall of oil, all these affected too much to all world people and also oil gas industry. In 2020, the whole year we are limited to be abroad, and the factory even can not manufacture as usually, which was useful to stop the virus spreading. But it also lead the delivery delay, everyone of our team faced big pressure. We are so thankful about the understand from client, and also their encourage.

Now everything is going back, remember the past 1 half year, which is really a tough for every GN member. However, our sale kept rising under this bad background. As we all known , GN main business is solids control and serve the oil gas industry. But for recently years, GN Solids Control cooperated with more and more client from environment industry. We provide the dewatering system to north America market. USA and Canada both have almost the most strict rules for the waste water discharge and treating. Remove out the solids from the waste water before discharging which is very necessary to protect the environment, or recycle the water for reuse. This week we just completed the GNMS-200D dewatering unit for Canada client, and it will be shipped to Canada recently. It is a 200 GPM water treatment system, it is the smallest system of GN. Actually we had exported several sets hydrovac slurry dewatering system to Canada for drilling mud treatment. Each system capacity is bigger than 40m3/hour.

Today we main want to share the 200D system. This system dimension is 3000x1900x2500mm. All equipment was mounted on a skid, it is very convenient to transport in different job site. This 200D system was designed for HDD slurry treating. The system main equipment include one unit double deck shale shaker, hydrocyclone, centrifuge pump, mud tank and also mud tank.

The slurry firstly feed into the bottom deck of shale shaker. This deck equipped low mesh shaker screens, which main used to remove out the big particle bigger than 60 um. The liquid will go through shaker screen and down to bottom tank. There is a centrifuge pump will suck these liquid and feed into hydrocyclone. Under the rotational flow, involved 20um particle will be separated away clear liquid. The light clear liquid will be discharged out system for reusing. Solids will down to up layer shaker deck, through the vibrated force and high mesh screen , the tiny solids will be filtered. Liquid go through the up screen, and down to bottom shaker for one more cycle treatment. After treating by this 200D system, most solids can be remove out, but still mixed lots of tiny solids. If you want to get more clean water, GN decanter centrifuge will be the other optional.

As China has controlled the COVID-19, CIPPE will reopen in Beijing after breaking off 2 years due to the coronavirus. CIPPE is one the biggest petroleum exhibition of China, and also in global. GN as a leader in solids control industry of China, we almost attend every year CIPPE, and display our latest model separation equipment.

The 2021 CIPPE will hold between June 8^th-June 10^th.,  Our booth number is E2168, we are happy to invite everyone to visit us. GN solids vacuum pump which is used to transfer high solids content material or solid particle, such as oil sludge, sand, mining sludge. It is different with normal pump, it is driven by air compressor, through the vacuum to suck the material, and discharge out by high pressure air. Our biggest model 40B can transfer the max 70mm particle, the max transfer distance can reach 1000 meters. That make is very popular in mining industry to convey some mining slurry. GN decanter centrifuge is one other popular product, especially out biggest mold GNLW-764, which bowl diameter is 30 inch, and it is one of the biggest decanter centrifuge. Big treating capacity make it is widely application in mining, waste water treatment, river dredging , chemical etc. Beneficial of the big diameter, the separation force can reach 3000G. That means material will be more fully separated. The discharged solids is much dryer and liquid much clean.

Several months ago, we shipping GN chemical dosing unit and GN solidification unit to south Africa, and client is very satisfied with GN equipment. The following is the photos client shared with us. GN chemical dosing unit is specially designed for our solids control system. As we all know, in some drilling project, client have high requirement to the drilling mud , much clearer much better. And the normal solids control equipment only can remove out the particle that size bigger than 10um, even we use the decanter centrifuge, the tiny particle is still hard to separate out. Some flocculant is necessary to combine tiny particle into bigger one , and make it easier to remove out by decanter centrifuge. This chemical doing unit is automatic, operator only needed setup through the touch screen, and make sure there is enough chemical material in tank. It will mix the chemical and pump into drilling mud automatically.

Solidification unit is designed to treat the drill cutting. The drilling cutting always high solution, and it is difficult to treat to reduce solution. GN solidification unit is also a automatic equipment, which mix some material with drilling cutting to solidity it and local the cutting to stop polluting the soil. The drill cutting after mixing with other material such cement, the involved liquid will be locked, which will be convenient to transport. Some our client will use it to built road. This equipment is a very cost effective solution for drilling cutting treatment.
