Drilling cutting is the most pollution waste at oilfield and it is hard to treatment because it mixed with water, solids even oil sometimes. For GN system, we will recycle the most useful material such as oil and water, and then dryer the solids as much as possible. Firstly, these waste will be feed into shale shaker and mud cleaner to separate out the big size particle to lower the solids content of sludge. And then the discharged slurry will feed into Decanter centrifuge for solids liquid separation. Finally, we can get the clarified liquid and dry solids. Last week we shipped out lots set Decanter centrifuge to Africa for oil gas industry , they will be used for drilling mud treatment. From the picture we can know there are lots Decanter centrifuge with feed pump. In normal drilling project, most time 2 sets GN 14 inch Decanter centrifuge is enough. Because in solids control system , the shale shaker and mud cleaner can remove out most of the solids involved in drilling mud. However, as long as the drilling mud was recycled time by time, it will accumulated much tiny particle,  shale shaker and mud cleaner can not treat these tiny particle. For this situation, we need to start our Decanter centrifuge to remove out these tiny particle. As usually, one 14 inch centrifuge for using and one other unit stand by. For some specially drilling project with large mud consumption, we recommend the 18inch decanter even bigger one 22 inch.

Decanter centrifuge is one kind separation machine with high rotating speed, which require high machining accuracy. each centrifuge before shipped out from GN factory. We need to make the balance test for more than 3 times. And 4 hours running test after completed the assembly. For abroad project, the Decanter centrifuge need about 90-100 days for manufacture and shipping. The 2 unit mud cleaning system are also for their drilling project in China. One set is 1000GPM and other set is 500 GPM. For the 2 set system, all design and equipment was provide by GN own. Such as the 1000 GPM system, we used GN706 shale shaker , which has dual layer shaker deck. That efficiently provide the treating capacity of shaker , and the double deck design make sure the mud can be treated well. For the mud cleaner , we provide GN70 model ,it mounted 4inch and 12 inch hydrocyclone. The most important is the bottom shaker use same size screen with GNZS 706 shaker, it is convenient for client to purchase 1 type shaker screen for whole system.

Decanter centrifuge is one of the core equipment for mud cleaning system. For both system, we provide GNLW554 and GLLW452 centrifuge. The 554 centrifuge is 22 inch centrifuge bowl with 88 inch bowl length, this design can make sure the mud be treated better because the long bowl design. For 500 gpm,452 model 18 inch centrifuge has high efficiency. Both model has served to many project and tested by our customer, and get the good reputation from market. Shale shaker is the most featured equipment of GN. GN Solids control was funded on 2007, shale shaker was our first equipment in all GN products line. Last week we delivery several shale shaker to offshore drilling platform. It is different with the normal shaker, because this shaker have dual motion, line and oval vibration locus. As we all know the line vibration locus is very normal ,most shaker in market is line locus, it is high efficiency and it can generate higher G force. But for some soft solids material, the line vibration locus may broken the solids and low the separation effective ,lead to the solids content is too high. For there delivered shale shaker, which not only has the line vibration locus ,it also can Switch to oval locus. Oval vibration is more soft and it can protect the solids to low the rate of solids broken. However, client can switch this 2 application according to project situation.

For offshore drilling, the painting is also difference. The normal coating is hard to defend the corrosion of sea air, because it include the chloride and high salt. GN offshore equipment coating have the special treatment, which has more thick painting, and the surface is more smooth.To defend the corrosion ,we take the paint technology not coating, and also use the famous paint of the world.
