Last week we delivery several shale shaker to offshore drilling platform. It is different with the normal shaker, because this shaker have dual motion, line and oval vibration locus. As we all know the line vibration locus is very normal ,most shaker in market is line locus, it is high efficiency and it can generate higher G force. But for some soft solids material, the line vibration locus may broken the solids and low the separation effective ,lead to the solids content is too high. For there delivered shale shaker, which not only has the line vibration locus ,it also can Switch to oval locus. Oval vibration is more soft and it can protect the solids to low the rate of solids broken. However, client can switch this 2 application according to project situation.

For offshore drilling, the painting is also difference. The normal coating is hard to defend the corrosion of sea air, because it include the chloride and high salt. GN offshore equipment coating have the special treatment, which has more thick painting, and the surface is more smooth.To defend the corrosion ,we take the paint technology not coating, and also use the famous paint of the world. When drill the oil well ,they always will use drilling mud to balance pressure between outside and inside of well to prevent the well collapse, drilling mud also can cool rig and provide the work efficiency. GN solids control was a China factory that main manufacture solids control equipment to process the drilling mud, separate out the solids in drilling mud and recycle it. As along as the development of drilling technology. oil base drilling mud is becoming mode and mode widely application. It is good for well drilling , but this kind mud is also expensive and high pollution ,because the liquid is diesel or curd oil. And also the separated drill cutting with high pollution.

GN vertical cutting dryer and 14 inch centrifuge were specially designed for oil base drill cutting. The drill cutting was separated from solids control equipment such as shale shaker, mud cleaner, it is still very wet. This kind drill cutting can directly feed into GN vertical cutting dryer. Under the 1000 G force, the involved oil liquid will be separated out ,and be collected in one tank. The discharged solids is very dryer, it is very easy to transport to further process . However, the oil liquid need to feed into 14 inch centrifuge for clarify. After GN centrifuge treatment , the recycled mud is clean enough for drilling again.

Last week we delivery one set drill cutting system to abroad. Since the drilling job site was located in very cold area . GN design the insulation container, all equipment was load into container for easily transportation and warm. This design is very popular in Russia and some Canada countries. All system was automatic. Material will be transfer between machine by the screw conveyor and PUMP. The auxiliary equipment were also manufactured by GN. This pump is so much difference with normal pump, since it is driven by high pressure air ,not electricity. The normal pump almost used to transfer liquid with low solids content. But for GN vacuum pump, which is designed for high solids content material , such as sludge even some pure dry solids like sands. It also has ability for long distance transfer, and the distance can reach 1000 meters. In the project, client will use it to suck the discharged solids from centrifuge.

The second equipment isDecanter centrifuge. Client feed the waste water into Decanter centrifuge. Through the high rotating speed, which will generate separation force, the different density will bear different G force . The higher density solids will bear bigger force and settle down on the bottom of centrifuge bowl. The light liquid will on the upper layer. The solids will be push out through the inside scroll. And the liquid discharge from liquid port on the big end of centrifuge bowl. Customer can control the liquid level inside of centrifuge through adjust the wire plate.
