Last week we delivered several sets double deck shale shaker andante mud cleaner to Europe customer . as we all know Europe market has more higher requirement to the quality. This double deck shale shaker was 100% designed and manufactured by GN, and it is the biggest shale shaker of GN. This shale shaker has low power consumption and long lifetime. For the operator, the screen replacement is always the biggest trouble when the old screen was damaged. J version shaker reserved the connected joint with vacuum device. Customer can directly connect with GN VIST , and change this device into a dryer shaker. Dryer shaker can process the drill cutting and dryer the solids, and recycle more drilling mud.

For the deck adjustment , we add the lock device, which can prevent the loosen of shaker deck after adjusting deck angle.

In most drilling project, no mater petroleum well drilling project, tunnel boring or mineral exploration drilling, most of them will use drilling mud to improve the drilling efficiency and also protect the rig machine. After sever recycled using, the drilling mud will include lots solids and it will make the mud lost property, so it is very necessary to remove out the inside solids and clean the mud for drilling work. Along with the accumulation of technology, and also the requirement of our customer, we developed the mini Decanter centrifuge for mineral exploration mud process. Compare with oil gas industry ,the diamond core drilling has small treating capacity and require small size equipment for field work. The system need to store up water for using anytime. Aim to this special requirement, GN developed this diamond core drilling mud unit. This unit is quit simple structure ,only one GN 9 inch centrifuge, feeding pump and a small bottom tank. This core equipment 9 inch centrifuge is our smallest centrifuge model with only 100 liter per hour treating capacity ,but for diamond core drilling ,this capacity is enough. The speed of this centrifuge can reach 4500 rpm. but we 3500 rpm is cost effective for mining slurry treatment.

As usually ,the slurry need pretreatment to reduce the solids content before feeding into Decanter centrifuge, but for diamond core, it is not necessary, we can directly feed. Because the solids density is higher much than liquid, and particle size is small. Our 9 inch centrifuge is very popular not only in Europe but also in Canada and also south Africa. In all solids control equipment ,Decanter centrifuge is the last stage for drilling mud processing. It can remove out the particle that smaller than 2o um, and clean the mud. GN have different models Decanter centrifuge according to the treating capacity ,GNLW452, GNLW363 are most used in the drilling project for mud treatment. For some big treating capacity, we will recommend 18 inch GNLW553 centrfiuge to customer. From the photo, we can see this centrfuge is a little difference with standard machine. It is used for offshore drilling, and has more strict requirement to lifting. As we all know, there is no forklift on offshore platform, so all equipment must weld the lifting eye. Sometimes end user will require the DNV lifting certificate. Centrifuge is one kind machine that utilize the rotate speed to generate the centrifuge force, and the different density solids and liquid will bear the different force, then the material will settle on different layer.

Except decanter centrifuge, We also provide centrifuge pump to customer. In drilling mud project, centrifuge pump is the most widely using pump. It is simple structure with stable quality. For the high density liquid transfer, centrifuge pump is the best optional for client.
